Mrs. Nelson Temitayo Oluwaseun was appointed to the Board June 3rd 2019. Temi is a multi-skilled and astute professional who has been instrumental to various strategic turnaround in organizations she worked with and in various capacities both in Nigeria and in United Kingdom. Her industry experience covers the oil and gas, consultancy practice, financial service, e-Payment, manufacturing, automobile, technology and hi-tech industries. Temi started her career in Shell Petroleum Development Company before she joined OA & Co Chartered Accountants, where she trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Her experience in the financial service sector cut across risk management, audit and financial control division of erstwhile Standard Trust Bank (now United Bank For Africa) and erstwhile Bank PHB (now Keystone Bank where she handled several senior management level roles.

In the United Kingdom, Temi managed various roles for automobile, hi-tech, technology and consulting companies. She was Project Accountant for Man Diesel UK, Group Management Accountant for Westminster Group Plc UK and Senior Management Accountant for Vega Group UK. She is an avid finance professional, risk manager and business process re-engineer who also held human resource management and corporate strategy roles within her career span. Prior to joining Neimeth International Pharmaceuticals Plc, she functioned as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer for ChamsSwitch Ltd, an e-Payment company, leading the entire finance and risk management department and supported Group strategic and operational requirements.

Temi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and a Chartered Banker. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Agricultural Extension Services from University of Ibadan in 1997. She is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, a registered member of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute and Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA). Temi brings her over 2 decade’s wealth of professional experience to Neimeth in its quest for new level of operational efficiency that will create value for all stakeholders. She is married with children.
